Effective January 1, 2026
Women Of Project Management® offers online memberships and limited-capacity conference experiences. Membership purchases provide access to ongoing benefits, while conference registration reserves admission to a future event and allows us to make advance commitments related to programming, venues, production, staffing, and the attendee experience. For these reasons, all purchases are final.
Membership payments, renewals, conference tickets, and payment-plan installments are nonrefundable once processed. We do not provide refunds, credits, exchanges, transfers, price adjustments, prorated reimbursements, or exceptions for current or past payments of any kind, except where required by applicable law. This policy applies whether a purchase is made by an individual, employer, sponsor, or other third party.
All monthly membership payments, annual membership payments, renewals, upgrades, and other membership-related charges are final and nonrefundable once processed. A member’s decision not to use the membership, attend programming, access resources, or participate in the community does not create eligibility for a refund, credit, extension, or prorated reimbursement.
Memberships may be canceled at any time. Cancellation applies only to future recurring membership charges and must be completed before the next scheduled billing date. Cancellation does not refund, reverse, credit, exchange, or prorate any current or previously processed payment. Members will retain access through the end of their current paid billing period unless access is terminated because of a violation of our Terms of Service, community standards, or another applicable agreement.
When a free trial requires a payment method, the membership will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless canceled before the trial expires. Once the membership payment has been processed, it is final and nonrefundable. It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel before the trial deadline if they do not wish to continue into a paid membership.
Conference and Event Tickets
Conference tickets reserve limited capacity for a future event and support advance commitments related to programming, venues, production, staffing, and the attendee experience. All conference and event ticket purchases are final, nonrefundable, nontransferable, and nonexchangeable. Choosing not to attend, being unable to travel, experiencing a scheduling conflict, changing employment, or canceling a registration does not create refund eligibility. Refunds, credits, transfers, or exchanges will not be provided because of:
Schedule conflicts
Travel delays or cancellations
Illness or personal emergencies
Failure to attend
Changes in employment
Failure to complete required registration or attendee forms
Speaker, agenda, venue, schedule, programming, or format changes
Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations
Employer reimbursement decisions
Denied or delayed employer reimbursement
Any other personal or professional circumstance
Attendees are responsible for their own travel, lodging, transportation, meals, and related expenses unless expressly included in writing. Women Of Project Management® is not responsible for refunding or reimbursing those expenses.
Conference Payment Plans
A conference payment plan is a commitment to pay the complete ticket price through scheduled installments. It is not a recurring membership, month-to-month service, or pay-as-you-attend arrangement. Canceling attendance, choosing not to attend, failing to complete attendee requirements, or losing access because of a policy violation does not cancel the payment plan or remove the remaining financial obligation. All scheduled installments remain due and nonrefundable once processed, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Failed or disputed payments may result in suspended access, canceled registration, collection activity, or other remedies permitted by law.
Conference and Membership Bundles
When a conference ticket includes membership access, bonuses, digital resources, or other benefits, the purchase is treated as one bundled offering. No portion of the bundle may be separated, exchanged, transferred, credited, or refunded. Choosing not to use one or more portions of the bundle does not reduce the purchase price or remaining payment obligation.
Event Changes
Women Of Project Management® may adjust event dates, times, locations, venues, speakers, schedules, programming, experiences, or delivery formats when reasonably necessary. If an event is rescheduled, relocated, or moved to another delivery format, the original ticket will remain valid for the revised event. These changes do not create eligibility for a refund, credit, exchange, or transfer. If Women Of Project Management® cancels an event in its entirety, any remedy required by applicable law will be communicated directly to affected purchasers.
Employer-Paid Purchases
Purchases made by an employer, sponsor, or other third party remain subject to this Refund Policy. A change in employment, denial or delay of reimbursement, employer policy, or disagreement between the attendee and employer does not create eligibility for a refund, credit, transfer, or exchange.
Digital Access and Content
Digital resources, recordings, courses, templates, downloads, and other digital content are subject to this Refund Policy. Failure to access, download, view, complete, or use digital content does not create eligibility for a refund or credit.
Other Products
Merchandise, books, or other products sold through an independent retailer or third-party platform are governed by the refund and return policy presented by that seller at the time of purchase.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Customers should contact hello@womenofpm.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we have an opportunity to review the concern. Initiating a dispute does not automatically cancel a membership, conference registration, payment plan, or remaining payment obligation. Women Of Project Management® reserves the right to provide the payment processor or financial institution with relevant documentation, including:
Transaction records
Policy acknowledgments
Checkout disclosures
Customer correspondence
Membership access records
Login or participation records
Event registration records
Attendance records
Evidence showing delivery or use of the purchased product or service
No Exceptions
Women Of Project Management® does not provide discretionary refunds, credits, exchanges, transfers, or exceptions. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights or remedies required by applicable law.
